Pixelmator [Trial]

I'm really into art programs right now. It's hard for me to find one that has what I need, looks good, and works well on my Mac. I've tried FireAlpaca and Pinta, but neither have been incredibly successful for me. I like FireAlpaca more, and contrary to popular belief, Pinta isn't that much of a Paint.NET dupe as one would believe. Corel Painter sent me high and flying, but I felt that I needed something less complicated. Beautiful as it is, Corel Painter is quite a mouthful. So what could possibly fill that void?

The answer came to me through an extensive Google search, Pixelmator photo editor.

Sony's Final Form

I'm going to be extremely brief because I've been writing about E3 for 12 hours straight. But basically, Xbox got wrecked this time around. They put up a great fight though, because a lot of their titles looked great. But Sony and SquareEnix revived themselves and proved to be the one true Kings. Square Enix, I humbly apologize for losing faith in you and questioning your judgment. Never forget E3 2013.

Let us all sit and rejoice in the bounty Sony hath giveth us. These are but two of a great line of releases, but honestly, these are the ones I've waited for the longest.

Thank You!

I just want to say that your views mean a lot to me. It's always fun to see where people come from when they access my blog. From Azerbaijan to Zimbabwe (really, A to Z!), I'm glad to know that my blog reaches more than the US & Canadian audience. Honestly, I'm touched.

For whatever reason you've come to my blog, just know that I'm trying to do something right here. I'm trying to break out of my shell and do so much more. I'm not sure, though, how long I'll be doing this, but so long as my company is in order, I think I'll be around for a while. It's already... It's already been six years since I started blogging, but it's only been four since I started blogging seriously.

Through my own personal conflict and from the experiences that molded me, I've come to this interesting, complicated point. There are so many things I still have to do—there are still so many people I have to meet, so many experiences I have to have.

So far it's been difficult, and while this blog has started off small, you can tell that it's slowly getting bigger and better. And you're all here with me. Whether you visit once or you've been here since the beginning of Götterdämmerung, thank you. From the bottom of my heart and with my own words:

Thank you.

The Xbox One to Destroy Them All

Everyone and their mother is talking about the Xbox One for good reason. I won't go into the details myself, but here's my ultimate review of it. I'm not sure if I'm going to get it, for a long list of reasons. I'm going to hit the high points that rang out to me during the presentation.

- Xbox One has no intention of being backwards compatible.
For me, that ruins it damn near automatically. Within the first two generations, some consoles have been backwards compatible and then stopped or weren't backwards compatible and changed to be so. Xbox One has no intention whatsoever of being backwards compatible. President of Microsoft’s Xbox Division Don Mattrick calls it "backwards thinking". Oooh, man.
