This movie came out, and there was a lot of hype about the main protagonist, Jack Frost. Knowing that public opinion can flip flop or some people are overly enthusiastic, I do as I always do: ignore them all. I was interested by the trailers (which were mostly shown online as far as I've seen), and I am always a fan of DreamWorks productions. Taking a chance, my friend and I saw the movie for ourselves.
Whatever hype that had built up with the movie is truly worth it. It seems that most children movies now really hit deep and hard, waking us adults up to the childlike wonder we've forgotten or moved on from. RotG balances so many things that makes it a family movie. It's a little sad at times, so don't worry if you choke up with a few tears.
☆ I would definitely recommend this movie. (5 out of 5)
